Healthy Connections

Healthy Connections is our community-based program -- parishioners helping parishioners. Conceived and designed by parishioners Larraine Bossi,MS,RN,NC-BC,Reiki Master, and Kathy Carpenter,LMHC, Psychotherapist, Reiki Master. This program connects parishioners who have a temporary need with other parishioners who have expressed willingness to help meet that need.
Sometimes a short-term or even long-term illness can leave us with temporary needs. An emergency situation can mean the temporary inability to get around, or get food for oneself or one's family.
If you find yourself in need, review the list of services below that can be provided on a temporary basis by other parishioners. If you would like to receive any of these services, just click on the link below to fill out an online form, and a program coordinator will be in touch with you.
